I cannot tell you how impressed we were with our vacation spot . From the moment we booked online the whole process was extremely easy and staff is super friendly. We arrived at our vacation home and the minute we walked in it was Top-notch. The whole rental was extremely clean and decorated with that at home feeling. The backyard was beautiful and immaculate. The pool had crystal blue water. The hot tub had a waterfall going into the pool, , There was plenty of brand new backyard furniture a gas grill to cook on, And tons of space. The inside of the house was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was brand new and clean. The staff was super friendly if you have a question they answer you right away. I can't tell you enough that this was one of our best vacations. And we look forward to staying with this company again

This place is beautiful! Looks just like the photos! Dream home for sure! AMAZING kitchen!! The beds are very comfortable!! Communication was great and responded very quickly with the few questions I had!! The pool and hot tub are wonderful! Just the overall outdoor space is amazing. We stayed here in March and the pool was very chilly, so I wish it had been heated. The golf cart is a huge bonus! The beach is walkable for most, but the golf cart is so nice to have for those who can't walk it. The beach access is wonderful and very quiet at this end! My only complaint would be that the floors were dirty. Overall though, absolutely gorgeous home, highly recommend and I would definitely book from them in the future, and would book this home again!
Tips & recommendations: Go to Thomas Donuts (so close with golf cart!); can get to Dairy Queen with the golf cart; best pizza - Panama Pizzeria; Moby Dick's (everything is under $10); Gulf Coast Burger; and Canopy Road Café at 30A shops

This house was amazing. Everything about it was wonderful. Pool was outstanding and just a few blocks from beach access. Loved it!

We had fun at this location. Great space for big families and friends. The place looks and feels better than the pics show. Walking distance to beach and close to main road that takes you to most restaurants. I definitely recommend staying here.

Our family booked this trip at the last minute just to get away. The house was way more than our family needed but that’s what happens when you wait until the last minute. We wanted a house that was pet friendly with its own private pool. The house is beautiful with so much room. The pool was wonderful. The golf cart was also great for getting around. We did have a flat tire on the golf cart and it took about 24hrs for maintenance to come fix which meant we lost a day of having it. Access to the beach was a straight drive down the street about 4 blocks on the golf cart. Access to the dog beach was further so we had to drive there but plenty of parking. There are 3 identical units right next to each other with their own house, yard, pool and nobody was next to us so that made it very quiet. If someone had been renting the unit directly next to us it may not have felt as private. There is a highway close to the house and lots of noise when outside but not noticeable in the house. Loved our visit!

Nice place few blocks from beach

This property overall was a great place to stay. It’s away from the main strip in a quiet neighborhood. The property is a very short golf cart ride to the beach, and having the six seat golf cart was awesome. The house was large and was great for our family. The one issue we had with the house was the floors were dirty. Our feet were black just from walking around inside the house which doesn’t seem acceptable, being as what the cleaning fee cost for the booking. Other than that, the house was in great condition. The pool and hot tub were great, as well as the covered back patio. Just be aware, the property is close to a busy highway; therefore, there is a good amount of road noise. However, you are unable to hear the noise from inside the house. The property managers were easy to communicate with and quickly resolved the problem of us not having the golf cart key access code.

Perfect location. Could take golf cart to beach or drive around and checkout PCB without traffic. Plenty of space, and bedding, for our group of 14. Hot tub overflows into pool keeping it warm. Two sets of washer & dryers and every room has its own smart tv. Will keep this location in mind if I ever come back with a big party.

The house even still has a brand new smell! It was gorgeous and so clean! The hot tub was cold though and the golf cart battery had an issue, dying even after fully charged to 100%. The mgmt company worked hard to try and rectify the issues and sent repair people for the hot tub, but it was not fixed while we were there. They brought over a working golf cart from next door though and picked us up after we got stranded. So they definitely did their due diligence to make it right!

Beautiful home, close to beach with an amazing pool!

Great place as described!! Home was so clean & felt brand new. The backyard with the pool was so nice & I love that we could bring our dog with us! You can walk to the beach from the property, but the golf cart is nice as it is a long walk. Thanks for a great stay!!
