This was the most beautiful place to stay! A bit of a walk to the Public beach, but walking distance to the most beautiful little town ever! And the pool and rooftop lounge were both beautiful and not crowded at all!

This is our sixth summer at Rosemary and was the first time staying at the Point. I am so happy we did. The Rosemary Area is a popular destination; however with that means more people are arriving and becoming more crowded. The Point is within walking distance to everything and PLENTY of private PARKING.
Our place was beautiful, just as the photos depicted. The kitchen space was roomy enough that we were able to make some meals there to save money. We used the grill area several times; they were clean and nice area to hang out while waiting. We spent a lot of time at the pool area and we enjoyed the cabana structures. I do wish we had private beach access; however the public access is very close.
The condo does come with two bikes; however, you must "order" them through a third party. My recommendation is to order them prior or same day as arrival as it takes 24 hrs. to process and receive. This was unclear but third party was friendly and responsive.

Great place to stay with a beautiful pool and easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Great location. 5 minute walk to inlet beach (winston road access). 10 minute walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants and downtown. Across the street from a small group of restaurants. View of the pool with big balcony.
Know before you go:
1) The place is cleaned like nobody has lived there before. So bring things you would will need for cooking (salt/pepper/sugar). There is nothing leftover from past guests to use.
2) They warn you they only provide a single roll of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper. You will need to bring extras of all this if you are staying more than a few days. Same for dishwasher and laundry detergent.

Great rental! Clean, great location, big pool, etc. It’s exactly as the photos show. Our only issue was that the ice maker wasn’t working. Also we didn’t receive the entry code ahead of time so checking in was slightly confusing. We would definitely rent this unit again if we return to the area!

Great place to stay!! Easy walk or bike ride to the beach and restaurants! The pool was beautiful and very relaxing.

Rosemary Beach is beautiful with a quaint town & great restaurants.
The unit we stayed in was very nice. The beds were comfortable, 3 nice size bathrooms that had separate toilet room. Our balcony overlooked the pool. It was nice to sit out there drinking our morning coffee. The sofa was pretty, but kind of low to floor, so difficult for older ones to get up. (lol)
We stayed the third week in April, would have been nice to have the pool heated. The water was a bit chilly. (The front desk person said they needed the pool to be at capacity for them to turn heater on) Hot tub was very nice and pool area was beautiful.
We also bought a simple coffee maker and left it in the unit. The unit did have a Keurig though. It is well supplied with dishes, pots and pans etc....but you need to bring your own supplies if you want to cook (salt, pepper, spices, sugar, cooking oils, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc) Some airbnb's we have stayed at supply this.
We would definitely stay again.

It was clean and close to the beach, we will stay here again. Only hiccup was the “heated pool” was not heated, and the hot tub was under maintenance for the jets, but you could still get in. Overall, happy with our stay and would recommend to others!

We snuck away for three nights sort of last minute and could not have been more pleased! One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Will be back most certainly!
