It was from my understanding by the listing company, there was a barbecue grill on site, but there wasn’t

Our prior reservation for a airbnb was canceled due to a smoke damage to a unit less than 24 hours before. Not sure what was next, given short time this unit came up. I read the reviews and decided to book it, I must say I give it a 10, the pictures were exactly as shown and the description was on point. It was a very quiet reserve area. The hostess communicated when asked questions and that said a lot. I have no take aways from this unit and although we always stay near Miramar, this will be our new location to be. Next year we are surely to rebook. Let me also add, the beds were comfortable, a huge plus in my book

Sea View Villas by Panhandle was beautiful & clean with most of what you would need for a great stay on 30A! The kitchen was well stocked - one minor inconvenience, there were no extra trash bags.
The beds were comfortable & with a bathroom connected to each bedroom, there was plenty of space for everyone. The rental does come with free bike rentals but honestly, they were in such poor condition, we rented from YOLO down the street.
One recommendation would be to update the instructions for beach access, the image provided was not intuitive. It wasn’t until after a lot of searching that we realized it was a walking path from the condo to the beach; we kept looking for a street. The private beach was beautiful. There is a chair rental service available but 2 chairs + 1 umbrella was $56 per day. Personally, we would’ve rather had chair rentals instead of the bikes. We still had a fantastic stay & plan to return!

We enjoyed all the amenities. The location was great. Walking distance from all the fun spots. The beach was a quick five minute walk across the street from our condo. There was a path designated for guests of the Seaview Villas. The pool was practically in our backyard. We will be back again!
