The house was perfect for our family which included a 2 year old. All on one level so no stairs to worry about. The pool was large enough for all to enjoy.

We loved our stay here! Our family enjoyed this spacious home. We had enough room for everyone (6 adults and 3 toddler). The two separate living areas were also very nice to have too. Very nice set up. We really enjoyed the pool. It was perfect for the little ones. Easy to get to the beach in a short walk. Absolutely love the area. Communication was excellent and prompt any time we had questions. Highly recommend.

Awesome property for our whole family. Small problems. Golf cart had flat tire when we went to use it. No propane in grill. Couldnt cook burgers first night in property. Both problems fixed next day by property management company.

The online photos were exactly what the house looked like inside. The furnishings were very comfortable and attractive. The pool was great. It was a little bit further to the beach than expected and the stairs were a bit of a climb for some of our family members that were older. The Astroturf in the yard got very hot in the afternoon, making it uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet. We would highly recommend this home for your vacation.

This place is beautiful and perfect for a large group! The pool and entire backyard space is incredible. The home is fairly large and has two living rooms, and many bathrooms. The kitchen was very spacious. This exceeded our expectations! I want to come back again & will recommend this place to others. It was a bikeable or walkable distance to Alys Beach and Rosemary beach. The golf cart was very helpful shuttling everyone to the public beach access which is right across the 30A highway!

The Blue Pearl was a darling house. We loved our stay there. Very spacious and good flow from the kitchen to the dining area and the bedrooms.

We had the best time! The house was bigger than we expected - plenty of space for 4 adults and 6 young kids. The pool and backyard was perfect after a day at the beach. Access to the beach is close which was great with our kids' ages!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing and the house is much larger than you think it’s going to be. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Beds are comfy. The host was quick to respond

The house was great for our family get together. If there was a negative it was that it wasn’t pet friendly. It was very clear in the description so no hard feelings at all. That’s the only thing that would’ve made it better for us. Would love to go back again anyway.
