The condo was located in the perfect area, beach access was nice, the pools were perfect for my grandbabies. The condo had plenty of room to accommodate our entire family. We would stay again.

I have stayed in several places in PCB over a course of many years. However, I have never stayed in a location that was exactly how it was advertised until now. This condo was big enough to accommodate my (grown) family of 8. Condo was great and so was the location. Will definitely stay again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
About the room:
+ Nice, spacious room with beachy decor. Great size master bedroom with a big bathroom, 2nd bedroom is also a good size, but the 3rd with bunk bed is a little tight.
+ Updated kitchen is nicely equipped, and the dining area is also good.
+ Big balcony with table and plenty of chairs.
+ It was enough small necessities for the first couple of days, like shampoo, soap, dishwasher & laundry tabs.
- I wish for the better cleaned floors, and the couches in the living room also need an extra cleaning.
About the Sunset Beach resort:
The parking garage is on floors 1-4. With this, the pool area (and restrooms) are on the 5th floor, so to go directly from the beach to the pool you need to go by elevator. The building has 4 elevators, and they were pretty efficient.
Location is nice, with several restaurants in walking distance, and a few 'all about beach' shops.
Note about the area:
There are no lifeguards on private beaches in front of the hotels

Everything else as advertised, and we got into the beach and the local area quite easily. The only hiccup was that our code did not work, but thankfully, a friendly voice answered the phone when we called the local number and guided us through entering the condo for the first time. Once we had an updated code, it worked fine for the rest of the week.

Communication was easy and prompt. The property looked just like the photos. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors but overall we had a great stay! Will stay again in the future!

The property was as described. The are only 2 bunk beds in one room and I thought there were 4. Very clean. Lots of needed items. Great get away.

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful, and the condo was great and had a great beach view.

This was the best condo we've ever stayed at. Everything was up to date, clean, tons of room and perfect location and view of the ocean. This will be our go to spot for years to come.
