Great place very busy there is def an elevator issue but only happened once while we were there for 5 nights.

Nice location-central to everything. Amazing beach and view. Good parking. Lot’s of construction in the area but you can’t hear it in the unit or on the beach. Good amenities.

Beautiful location on the beach. 12th floor is high enough to not get street noise.

Overall, this condo we rented was an excellent place to stay. We loved the view of the Gulf and the space was very comfortable and well stocked. The only downfall to this complex is the busy elevators and parking. We traveled with my elderly parent and long waits for the elevator plus long walks to the parking garage were difficult. The staff and accommodations are wonderful otherwise.

We love Panama City Beach. This was our 3rd stay in Tidewater Resort. It’s centrally located to everything for us. The unit we stayed in was well equipped with our oceanfront views and sounds. Tastefully decorated. Loved the barn door on 2nd bedroom. Primary bedroom was awesome. That shower was spa. The mattress on bed felt like an air mattress with slowly seeping out. Too soft. Aside from that we couldn’t ask for a better unit to stay in. Tidewater elevators are the worse but we learned to be strategic with our activities so we wouldn’t experience long wait times.

Really thought the owners went over and beyond to update this condo! It is gorgeous! We did come home a day early however, because the beds were so uncomfortable… in the master the mattress was too soft… and in the other the top mattress just sits on wood, which makes it hard to lay on. Otherwise it was great!
