It was the top of the beach season so we expected the higher price, but it was a little further to the beach than we expected. The golf cart and bikes were helpful for this reason. The house was in great shape and had everything we needed to cook and clean. It accommodated our entire family and we did not feel crowded. Very good response time for questions. We loved the quiet neighborhood and pool.

We enjoyed staying in this location. Very quiet and away from all the crowds yet just a golf cart ride away to get to what ever we wanted to do. Would stay again.

The house was beautiful, well priced and perfect for our Spring Break getaway. We loved how close it was to Seaside Center and to the beach. Customer Service was excellent and quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family!

Very nice place quiet neighborhood, close to a few little restaurants & shops. Golf cart ride to Santa Clara state beach was quick. Close to Seaside shops and food trucks. Would definitely stay here again! Excellent host, very responsive & knowledgeable of the area.

Loved the location. Golf cart was a huge plus for Seaside restaurants and shops. The Beachy Bean coffee shop was so quaint and walking distance to house. Super cute gated community. We loved the house and the area.
