The house was amazing for our group. It was nice and clean upon entry. The kids could play upstairs while the adults could play downstairs. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet which worked out perfect for our toddler to sleep in. The garage has some beach equipment (wagon/buckets/shovels/chairs). You can bike/walk to dinner spots - love Amici's happy hour. The beach was a short drive away with great parking (go early). Really enjoyed our stay. Would have loved a more powerful vacuum to clean during our stay and make sure to bring or rent umbrellas.

Great house. Wish a little closer to beach but easy access and overall location.

Loved that it was a quiet neighborhood even with spring break! Wonderfully decorated and full amenities. Concierge service and extra perks like bikes and golf were a big plus. Only issue was that the garbage collection did not come which is no reflection on the property only the city trying to figure out a new schedule. Overall a great location and property!

The house is beautiful. Very modern and extremely clean. It looks identical to the pictures, If not better! The location of the house is a 5 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk across a busy street in the afternoon / early morning time. There are several public beaches across the street and it can be a challenge to find parking if you bring your vehicle. There are tons of restaurants to eat at. Our overall experience was great! We will definitely be coming back!

We loved everything about the house. Had such a good time.
The ONLY thing I would say was we were farther from the beach than was expected. We loaded the car up and found out an easier way to enter the beach and park.
We loved the bikes and rode them regularly.
I would definitely go back to this place. So very nice and close to restaurants.
