everything was as we expected

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Had a rough start getting into the unit but eventually got it sorted out. Short walk to everything 30A. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the bikes. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay- everything was super clean and we had everything we could possibly need!

We booked this place the night before our planned spring break after a different Airbnb property in the same area cancelled on us with less than 24 hours to go before the start of our stay! (It was a nightmare) We had to very quickly find a home that fit our family, was in the same area and was also pet friendly.
This property was a beautiful home, and a very easy bike ride to the beach with the new underpass. We were grateful for the provided bikes and beach chairs. We love the 30-A Market nearby as well as the classic Donut Hole.
The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need during our stay (with the exception of a cookie sheet which management sent right over)

Lovely home was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 tween/teenagers. Comfy furniture and beds, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. Neighborhood was quiet and safe to let kids ride to shops on their own. We walked to 30A for dinner and biked to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach shops/restaurants. We packed up cars for beach days to Inlet Beach and thoroughly enjoyed clean beach and warm beautiful gulf. Thanks so much for 7 beach cruisers!!!! We also rented a pontoon boat one afternoon and enjoyed a girls day art session at Sun Bear Gallery. Another fun family vacation - many thanks!

This beach house was everything & more! There was more than enough space for my family & I, as well as our 12 year old family dog. The home was clean, organized, & in close proximity to the beautiful beaches nearby as well as different restaurant options. We felt right at home, which is so important when traveling. We will never forget our stay here!

Wonderful property close to everything and just a bike ride away!

The house was very clean and spacious. A lot of the homes available to rent around this area offer 3 and 4 bedrooms, but they are in very close proximity, not giving family much room to spread out. This house was perfect and we had more room than we imagined we needed! Pictures represent the home well and I would say the home is even better in person. Easy check in process and quick responses when needed. Would certainly stay here again.

The location was great & close to everything we needed & wanted to see. The property was in great condition.

Excelente ubicación, limpio y muy bien decorado. La propiedad está espectacular y su localización es perfecta para explorar la zona y sus playas. No tiene acceso a las áreas de seascreta beach pero tiene otros acceso.
