Great view of the beach and fun places in walking distance.

All in all a great place to stay! Check in was completely effortless and the communication with the owners/rental company was great. When we checked in we found a couple of small spots in the bathroom where the cleaning crew had missed but nothing that wasn’t taken care of with a wet washcloth and a broom. When we got there there was a second fridge that had been brought in due to an issue with the primary one but the rental company had informed us of this before we got there so it was a non-issue. Again… excellent communication! Enough about the negatives, though; let’s talk about the positives. The location of the unit was awesome! Was easy to get in and out of when we wanted to go somewhere. The parking garage was across the street with an enclosed skywalk across the street so there was no issue when we wanted to go somewhere. Elevators worked flawlessly and weren’t too slow. The beach behind the condo was PERFECT! From the end of the walk-out to the water was only about 75 yards so we didn’t feel worn out from carrying our chairs, coolers and sunshade back and forth everyday.
Hopefully this review helps anyone wanting to stay in Majestic 1- Unit 1515. Thanks again to AirBnB and Panhandle getaways for a relaxing week with my wife! We’ll definitely be back as soon as we can get away!

Like most places the elevators at check in time take a while to get on to but the place is great and plenty secured. I stayed in 1515-1 didn’t have but only one small baking sheet, one small pot to cook in and a crockpot for cooking needs so if your a cooking person bring pots you may need. But there were I believe 4 frying pans so good there. No teaspoons. But I was there for only 5 days for spring break and didn’t cook just ate out anyway so it wasn’t an issue for me just a heads up for the next person. Other than that the condo is beautiful, and comfortable and has everything else you may need. The view is perfect!

The room was exactly as advertised. Amazing view from the balcony. The room was clean, comfortable king size bed. The pools were great. The H2O bar & grill poolside had wonderful food!! Truly we were pleasantly surprised by the bar & grill. The Majestic market offered everything from milk to sunscreen. The staff were all very friendly. I will say this to those who are planning to stay here or in any other large hotel/condos in PCB…there is a very long wait for the elevators at check in. This fact would not stop me from staying here again. You should be prepared! There is a line and you will have to wait. We vacation in PCB every year and the elevator issue at check in applies to all large hotel/resorts/condos. It is just part of the experience!

Perfect size for 2 adults and 7 year old child. Nice indoor pool and outside pool since my kid were scared to swimming ocean. We saw dolphin from the balcony.

We arrived the night before Labor Day as expected the place was fully booked. It took a while to wait on the elevator since our unit was on the 18th floor. The day after labor day when 80% of the people have left there is no more wait time on the elevator. We entered our unit and it was very nice and clean. I loved the full size fridge and granite kitchen countertops. Our king bed was so comfortable I did not get to wake up early and watch the sunrise at the beach. Nothing bad to say about our stay at the condo. I've got all the pre-check in information I needed by downloading the app. The staff from Panhandle Vacations are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book my next vacation with VRBO and Panhandle Vacations.
