Great condo and location!!

It was great! The only problem was the elevator and lobby floor weren't air conditioned and it was super hot by the time you stopped all the way up or down and was full of people

I definitely recommend staying here! We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room. Everything was so clean and the condo itself was beautifully furnished and decorated. The host was great at communicating back in a timely manner. The resort itself is perfect for families/kids. The resort has lots of pools and a waterpark for young kids. Poolside bar & grill onsite as well as a coffee/pizza shop onsite.

We went with family and had a great time. This is a great place to stay and very clean!

Was really good

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially my parents, who stayed in the studio suite. They were able to have their own space yet still be with everyone. The views were gorgeous, and there was plenty of room for everyone! I love that there are 3 balconies!

My family of 11 stayed 6 nights and enjoyed the beach, pool and other amenities. The elevator broke one night and it was rough going up 18 flights, but it was fixed quickly!! Easy to get around and they have covered parking with a walkway. Would definitely stay again.

I really appreciate the communication from host. It was easy and clear. The place well maintained, clean and classy. My family and friends really liked and enjoyed to stay in the property. Amazing sea view from windows and balcony.

From the time we arrived it was perfect!! Got there early and it was available for early check in. The condo was beautiful and clean!! Loved having the separate room so we could sleep and not hear the adult children still up talking and watching TV. It’s great for a large group. We slept 8 very comfortably!! We made so many great memories over our 8 day stay!! I would definitely refer this condo to many family and friends!! Glad we went with 1801 E. Staff was also very friendly.

Splash 1801E is a beautiful condo with a stunning view!! You cannot go wrong with staying at this condo. The kids enjoyed the pool, donut / ice cream shop, Alvin’s Island and of course the beach! The beach was easy to get to and there wasn’t a long board walk which is a plus for us.

My husband and I with our 4 kids, brother in law and 2 nieces stayed here for a week over spring break. This condo was absolutely perfect for our crew of 9. The bedroom/bathroom set up worked beautifully. The views from the condo were absolutely fantastic! We also loved that every bedroom had its own balcony access and a view of the ocean. The condo was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. Beds and linens were very comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the heated pools. My only gripe about our stay was that it seemed like there was always at least one elevator that was not working in the building which left us with very long wait times going up and down to the beach/vehicles. However, this seems to be the case with most high rise condos. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely rent again!
