If you have small children or older adults, the beach is not within walking distance during the summer peak. Home was beautiful! Stocked with every possible dish etc

Spacious, clean upscale home. Lovely neighborhood for book reading or chatting on the porch. Just a few steps to the community pool out the back door. Back patio had plenty of space to hang wet towels, shower off, enjoy the gas grill. Loved having no-hassle parking for 3 big cars. It's a bit of a hike to the beach. Lots of stairs in the house, so not suitable for very young or very old. Property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. That said - the house needs a binder with important information in it. We struggled to rifle through messages on our phones to find things like gate and bike lock codes, check-out information, how to find the beach, etc.

My family and I located this sweet little place and we are so happy we did. We had a fabulous trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was so close to the house and the hosts were very responsive regarding check in and any other questions that we had. The only issue was that the dishwasher was not working upon arrival and they could not send anyone to fix it for 24 hours. Once that was fixed the stay was great!

Exceptional stay!

Loved our stay here!!! Was exactly what we needed. Every question I had was answered via text so quickly. Perfect location to get to Rosemary and other areas, and loved the pool being so close by the house.

This was our first time in PCB and really enjoyed the area, access to pools and beaches.

It was a nice stay, close to the beach and good restaurants. I would probably stay in Seaside next time to be around more shopping and the food trucks. Other than that the area is beautiful and it’s perfect for a nice family vacation.

We spent Memorial Day Weekend here with a group of friends for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect!! Beautiful house, well appointed and very comfortable! We loved it and would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for 4 adults because there were only two master bedrooms. The bunk rooms are great because 6 kids can sleep in each room. So if you invite another family they would have to share a bunk room with their kids, that’s minor though. We had two adults that had to work from home some of the days. Beware: wifi does not work for that. It barely streamed the tv. We had to use hotspots. Also it a bike only neighborhood now so no golf carts and it is far from the beach. The bikes are the way to go! They do have a tram service which is great but we waited sometimes for 20 to 30 min. Overall loved the place and the area. Great time. The management service was great and if we needed anything they were on it!!
