Only downside was the elevators were so long of a wait no air flow in the waiting area for it and no air conditioning inside them

Amazing communication,very friendly. Like I said a new mattress would make a world of difference. Other then that everything was great.

The location was perfect as well as the views. The room was clean except for a strong musty smell every time we walked in. No issues with anything else. Kitchen well stocked, beds slept well, etc. I did recommend that a small live seat and extra large chair be put in the corner. No where to sit except on the bed.
