Overall we had a good trip. A few issues came up during our stay. Although our condo was clean and taken care of our original unit (1406E) has a roach infestation coming from around the refrigerator. Panhandle Getaways was helpful in getting us another condo, but it wasn’t as nice as our original booked condo and really put a huge damper on the rest of the trip due to having to rewash all our clothes and run our blankets in the dryer to ensure roaches didn’t come with us. The pool side bar needs some help, we waited for an hour in line to get drinks, bartender was doing her best but she was extremely slow. The waterpark side is really intense for younger kids and don't recommend for children under 5.
