Overall it’s a good place. Location and view you can’t beat. Unit itself needs some updating/overhauling. Some light fixtures hanging off wall, stains on floor, kitchen cabinets aren’t great, kitchen table is akward. BUT yes I’d come again. It’s worth it. Kids loved it. Negative is pool doesn’t open until9am. But can walk to beach. Can walk to eat. It’s great.

This was a beautiful location and very nice unit. The view was gorgeous and the beach was just minutes aways! Beautiful water, beautiful sand, cant wait to go back!

Great location. Very clean. Panhandle did not provide correct gate codes. So we had a difficult time getting in the gate of the property.

The condo itself and the location was beautiful! The beach is gorgeous. But not enough restaurants and bars near by. Destin is cold! Next time we have to go farther south because we went for time out from cold michigan winter/spring and Destin is best in summer. Otherwise, we would have re- booked for next year, and for a longer time.

Great place to stay! Family friendly. It is clean and exactly as described. The resort is nice and the pools are large and well kept. It is just a short walk across a small street to the beach. The beach area is a little crowded, but if you get out there early or purchase chairs, you have a spot. My only complaint about the space is the showers have little to no hot water. It would last for maybe 3-5 minutes then would be cold regardless if it was the first person showering or not. The external gate codes were also different than the information I received complicating check in a bit, but other guests helped us out. Overall, great stay! Would stay again.

Loved the view and easy access to beach and the pools. We spotted a bunch of dolphins right from the patio in the morning. Location is great and within walking distance to the best beaches and restaurants. We will definitely plan to go back in future.

Loved this condo view! Well decorated and comfortable. The pool is also large enough for the condo guests which is a plus in the summer.

We had some trouble getting into the gated parking but the security guard was friendly and helped us out. Great setup in the condo. Full size washer and dryer and kitchen appliances were a plus for us. Kurig was both for brewed and kcup servings which met our family’s preferences. Easy access to the beach although the small walk was a little too much for our elderly family members that traveled with us. The only bad thing was 2/3 elevators were out of service the week we were there (over 4th of July), so lots of vacationers coming and going…sometimes waiting for 20-30 min for the elevator. We used the stairs, but again not convenient for our elderly family members, understandably out of control of the home owners. Walmart was a 2 min drive so easy to pick up groceries and last minute items . Overall beautiful condo and convenient place to stay. The amenities made the extra cost worthwhile. Will definitely return but maybe try during off season or not during a holiday next time.
