We loved the cleanliness and the location of this home. We had to call and get code on the day of arrival. Also post info on garbage pickup, pool service and checkout procedures needs to be posted in house.

From the time we got there until the time we left was absolutely wonderful. We had a couple of issues and our host was quick to respond and fix the issues quickly. This is our second time staying at this particular house and we love it.

This is a must!!!
If you had any questions needed help with anything they replied within minutes! Very helpful easy to get to! The kids loved the pool couldn’t keep them out was so relaxing and peaceful!!! The golf cart was a plus! Along with the bikes. Had a great time will definitely be back! Maintenance guy was very fast and respectful as well.

We had a great time. House was very clean - probably the most clean VRBO we have stayed in! Location was great and it was awesome to have the golf cart to go back and forth to the beach. Pool was great and very clean also. The only suggestion we would have is to have more pads on the outdoor lounge chairs. Thank you for the communication too! We are already looking at coming back next year.

Panhandle was extremely responsive, actually booking our stay 30 minutes before we were due in town. We had been canceled on from an individual renter, but Panhandle answered by text, close to midnight, and had our place to stay ready to go right then. It was a real, local person that I talked to, which meant a lot. There was no other renter, company or individual, willing to let us rent right then, or even do same day rentals at all. The house was cute, and the pool was clean, which we were especially worried about after reading such bad reviews on other rental sites regarding green pools.
