Our experience was great and the condo was perfect! We would definitely go back and stay there again. Panhandle Getaways were very easy to contact and help with reservation details.

Perfect 3 bedroom condo for our family. Within walking/biking/golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

We had a very pleasant stay and experience while at this Panhandle location. We received extremely quick responses when we reached out about our room code not working and filling out paperwork to use the golf cart. The proximity to the pool is fantastic and the restrooms at the pool house were extremely clean. The amenities provided were anything you could need while staying at the beach and the washer and dryer were great too. With kids, wagons, chairs and a cooler, the walk to the beach was significantly longer than anticipated (no fault of the owners!) The location to restaurants and grocery stores were great and the use of the golf cart was awesome. It’s impossible to enjoy 30A without one! The cleanliness of this facility was a step above. One minor detail that was a little difficult- there’s not a closet in the bed room with the 2 twin beds. Overall, fantastic experience and would stay again. This is an awesome place to stay. We loved the quick walk to the public beach and was only 1 mile from the square. It was so peaceful and quite at nights sitting on the balcony. We would definitely come back on our next visit.

The condo was as described and very clean. I liked that there were quality pots and pans for a vacation rental. One thing to note for the twin bedroom is that we couldn't close the door with the way the beds are set up. The bed is a little bit too long (maybe if it didn't have a headboard it would fit better). The only reason I mention this is if you have small kids and the door is open they might wake up from light or noise. Also, we had a small glitch in that we didn't know which golf cart was assigned to us and we actually took the wrong golf cart out. (The key is universal for all carts of the same brand). The condo is close to beach access which was nice. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay again.
