Overall the place was amazing and looked just like the photos. The team was very warm and friendly. The lady that checked us in wasn’t above and beyond due to a system issue with Panhandle. Only feedback would be it’s a bit pricey considering you’re not actually on the beach but AirBNB’s filter indicates tower 3 is on the beach when in fact it’s not. It’s a bit of a lift to get to the beach, and once there you aren’t allowed to use any amenities at Tower 1 and 2. Vice Versa, 1&2 folks aren’t allowed on tower 3 premises.
The location is perfect for night walks and shopping. Has everything you need within walking distance. Highly recommend the area if you have teenage kids as well.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures (for the first time we were NOT cat fished by the pictures). The condo is very spacious, new, and had all amenities described. Kristen was very responsive during our stay. She was also very accommodating when we left behind our AirPods after checkout. There were travel sized shampoos conditioners and body wash in each bathroom. The pool again was exactly like in the pictures. Very large and well kept. We would recommend this to others and although we don’t usually come back to the same places, if I was every in Panama City beach I would definitely stay here against.

We were pleased with visit. Very comfortable space and decor was spot on (not cluttered). Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. We would love to come again. Exactly like the photos😊

Easy check in online, door code access, beautiful condo, friendly staff on property, close to everything so we didn’t have to drive and easy email departure check out!

Beautiful room, awesome pool, awesome beach views and close to pier park!!! We absolutely loved everything about our stay!!!

We were lucky to find this property at the very last minute; although from the pictures we thought we were right on the beach, this property is the new building across the street. That being said, I actually preferred our building as our pool area was much nicer than the main building, and having the overpass to walk over to the beach was great. The only thing that could have made this stay better would have been to have beach chairs included; otherwise, I have nothing bad to say about this property and location. The location is within walking distance to Pier Park which was very nice and there are several good restaurants within walking distance of the property as well. The little cafe on the first floor of our building by the pool was very nice and the food was fantastic! It was a very relaxing vacation and the condo was very well appointed.
