the location was amazing! the unit was perfect for my large family and there was so much to do at Splash which was amazing.
We did have a few issues that needed to be reported. No checkin information was provided. I needed to contact them since the security code or check in information was never sent. The bunk bed bar was broken, the keurig didn't work, the dishwasher top rack was off center and the refrigerator spilled ice everywhere and was completely off center and tilting when the maintenance number was called we were notified these issues were reported before our stay.
we would stay here again simply because of the location, the size of the unit and entertainment.

location is great. the beach access is really easy.condo was clean and well kept. the air conditioning could have worked a little better was still comfortable. all together we had a great time. the only complaint that we had would be that the elevators are awful. not ventilated and the wait times are unacceptable. my sister actually stayed an extra day in the condo next to ours and informed us that just after we checked out and got loaded that the elevators actually stopped working for a couple of hours. we were lucky to get off the 20th floor with our stuff

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Kitchen well stocked with spices and cooking/baking/serving items. The pools were usually active, but not overcrowded. Easy access to the beach. They only thing I could think needs improvement would be explanation on how parking works. I had questions that the property management was unable to answer clearly, and I wasn't able to find a contact to Splash to get answers. I was concerned in the weeks leading up to the trip if we would be able to park our 3 cars, etc, which I think is a reasonable expectation for a room that sleeps up to 11. There were no issues with that at check in and I would confidently book again.

We stayed over Spring Break with another family. We had 6 kids and 5 adults. The condo was so spacious. We never felt like we were not top of each other. The access to the pool and beach was amazing. The lady checking for wristbands at the pool was very nice. She made sure all adults had bands on and kids had parents at the pools with them. It was nice knowing people from the beach weren’t just coming up and making it crowded. This was a very family friendly place to stay. We will be back.

We had the best time at Splash in 2006W! There were 9 of us from ages 9 to 80, and there was something for everyone! The condo was beautiful and very well-stocked. The elevator was definitely a challenge, especially at check-in time (4pm), but it was not too bad otherwise. My only suggestion is to update the listing since the property no longer has the arcade; it has been replaced by the coffee/ice cream shop; it was very good, too! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We had a great time and enjoyed the resort.

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Usually the floors are still dirty but not here! My children ran around while we unpacked things and their feet weren't black on the bottoms from a dirty floor. If I could recommend anything it would be to add grill spatulas and tongs. Also a few more dish towels as well as bath towels. A broom would have been handy as well. I would rent this condo again!
