Enjoyed our stay! With 10 of us, there was plenty of room and enough beds for all. There are LOTS of stairs, so if anyone has trouble walking this would not be a place to book. One king size bedroom/bath on bottom floor, with mini fridge, microwave, wine bar, access to backyard/pool area. Kitchen/living room on second floor including bunk beds and 2 pull out couches, with balcony access. Top/third floor has master bed/bath, 2 other bedrooms and bath. Washer/dryer on bottom floor. Elderly guests or toddlers and younger would have a hard time with multiple floors. Pool was nice, but small. Beach was just across the street and loved seeing the anole lizards along the walkway. Was only provided 2 trash bags, one dishwasher gel pack and one roll of paper towels, so will need to bring more with you, or buy them. Beach wasn’t crowded. Overall, great place to stay in quiet, safe neighborhood.

My stay was very nice and the rental property was clean with plenty of towels and accessories.

Don’t hesitate to book your stay here. We’ve never been to the area and I’m so thankful we were away from the hustle and bustle of PCB, albeit unintentional. Laguna Beach is quiet and beautiful. The area is fantastic. The walk to the beach is perfect, with a lighted crosswalk. The home is spacious and decorated great. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and more than enough room. We did have to ask for someone to come heat the pool so we lost out on a couple days. Also the WiFi is a bit slow if you have someone needing to work; my husband had to use his mobile hotspot. The response time and ease of contacting someone was very easy! They are very helpful and kind.

House was exactly what we needed from beds, living space for all our kids & grands, pool outside the door, & the beach a short walk across the street. We're already planning on booking again next year for our family vacation!!

Wonderful vacation..... There's no trash bin on site, instead haul trash across courtyard to dumpster behind fence.

We use to own a property 4 years ago about quarter mile down into Sunnyside. If you love plenty of space on the beach and not as much noise than far east side, then you will love this place. Rooms and house are very spacious as well. Inlet beach and 30A about 5 miles away. Will be back.

Our family enjoyed the townhouse. There was lots of room for our family of 6 adults. The beach access was right across the street and the pool in the back yard area which was shared. Time flys when having fun at the beach so we really hated to have to leave after our week stay!

We had a great time. Everything was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. In a great location. Far enough from Pier Park to not have constant traffic but close enough to get there pretty quick. Best part is it is steps to the beach! We walked back and forth several times a day. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful. Honestly the pictures did not do it justice. However there was a property owner that actually lived in the connected unit that was not renter friendly at all. He would purposefully impede or block the driveway entrance to this unit. When I asked him to have either his guest or him move the vehicle for us to clear the vehicles he was hostile about the matter and made sure to tell me he was an owner and not just a renter. I did report the matter to management and they did all they could to make my family and I comfortable for the remainder of our stay. Just watch out for this guy and his shenanigans.

We really loved our stay at this location!! The kitchen was well stocked! We loved the location and the Beach is just out the front door and across the street. The kids loved the pool and the grassy yard area was perfect for a little game of football or tag! I can’t say enough about how pleased we all were!! The master suites are hard to choose from when picking out your bedroom! Decor was perfect. Easy check in and hosts were so incredibly helpful and just a text away!! Everything was PERFECT!! Thanks for letting us stay!!

Chose this property for this years family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our party had 4 adults and6 teenage girls and my wife and I still had plenty of privacy. Location is convenient and has very short walk to the beach. Hope to stay here again in the future.

We will rent same house in the future

Loved this beautiful spacious house location is superb. . But, the hot water heater isn’t adequate for more than a few showers and a set of dishes.
