We have stayed at Mar Chiquita for four years and we have started to feel like it’s our home away from home. It’s just the perfect place to stay while at the beach. We have a golf cart to drive over to the beach (about 1/2 mile) and a pool for those days when we just want to hang around the house. And the house is lovely and comfortable. And of course Panhandle Getaways is responsive when we have a problem (rarely) or just a question! I simply love Mar Chiquita!

The house was perfect. The set up of the house was excellent. The pool and patio area was probably our favorite spot. Use of the golf cart with the amazing beach access was great. It took a little bit for us to find the access, but once we did, we had no problems. There were a few minor cleanliness issues, and we had trouble with the door code on day 4, which was resolved. The golf cart also had an issue, but again, that was resolved, but took a lot longer than we had anticipated for that to be done. Would not hesitate to stay in this property again!

We LOVE Mar Chiquita! It’s just perfect for the four of us. I appreciate how responsive you are if there’s a problem, however small. We love the salt water pool. We love the comfortable furniture and beds. And we love the location! ❤️

This neighborhood was a GEM! The beach access is right down the road and the amenities of the home were PERFECT. WE LOVED spending our evenings by the pool and our mornings in the cozy big living room. This home was the best spot I’ve stayed in 30A!!!

We came in for a short stay and everything was as advertised. The pool was a great experience at the end of the day. The golf cart was a good addition but the lack of places to go to and park it was a bummer which is not on the homeowner of course and I think if we knew the area better we’d have known where to drive it. Overall a beautiful place and we’d definitely return and recommend!
