Love the neighborhood

Pros: property is as described, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, very clean, very close to the pool, quick golf cart ride to the beach, close to the grocery store, loved having the washer and dryer
Cons: a lot of codes to remember, no beach towels provided (this was listed somewhere, but I didn’t see it before we arrived)
The pros far outweigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Sel La Vie cottage. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We loved access to the bikes and golf cart. The community pool was great.

We had a great stay here! Celebrated my 30th birthday and my dad’s 60th birthday. We went to the beach for a few days and played golf one day.

The house is in the back of a neighborhood with the pool only being only footsteps away. All of the beds are super comfortable and the house itself is adorable! The shed in the back has all the things you need for the beach. There is a little coffee/ snack shop at the entrance, the kids loved their popsicles! We loaded up the golf cart every morning for a quick drive to the beach. There is parking for 3 carts right at the entrance or you can just go down across the street for more parking, we never had a problem. The location is perfect for walking or riding bikes to the hub. Allys beach and rosemary are also super close and the bike path makes it accessible for morning walks. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Also, communicating with Panhandle getaways was easy and quick

We come to 30A 3-4 times a year and will for sure be back to this home. We have stayed at a couple in this neighborhood and very much so enjoyed being at the back of the neighborhood with the bigger pool so close by. The golf cart makes the beach drive less than 5 minutes and super simple. We don’t have to move the car all week. There as also plenty of room for both families and the bunk room was very roomy for the teens! We had a cupped little things like the WiFi and a vent leak from a big storm and the management company was very fast to respond and resolve the issue. Turns out a big or had backed over the wifi box. They gave us another wifi to connect to for the day it was out and then it was repaired. Very clean and lots of beach stuff so you don’t have to pack extra!

Seal La Vie was a wonderful place for our family to stay while on spring break. The house was sparkling clean, had plenty of space, and was in a quiet neighborhood. Great pools. Easy beach access. And the golf cart made it so easy to load up our beach stuff and park near the beach access. In addition, Panhandle staff responded immediately and politely to all of our texts. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our third stay in this community and by far Sel La Vie was our the best experience! House was extremely clean and beautiful and the golf cart was such a wonderful added bonus. Overall, we had an incredible experience and will definitely be back!

Wow! What a fantastic home with every single thing we needed for a perfect, comfortable week on 30A. This house is extremely clean, spacious, well-equipped and even better than we hoped for. We couldn’t recommend this home enough! We had the best stay! Sel La Vie is is an adorable neighborhood right in the perfect location for 30A. It is walking distance to the community pool, and a short golf cart drive to the beach. The beaches are stunning, and our hosts provided us with chairs and a cooler. Our flight was delayed and the hosts were so helpful and accommodating in extending our checkout. Desi from panhandle getaways was so responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and our trip was so stress free. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. We do recommend renting a car as we did struggle to get Ubers. It’s a short golf cart drive to Alys beach, rosemary beach, and sea grove, however you can’t park the cart anywhere in Alys beach or rosemary so having a car makes things easier! We will definitely be back for another stay at sel la vie!

We have been coming to 30A for many years to vacation. This property was one of our favorites! We loved it's central location convenient to all out favorite spots. The gold cart is a HUGE plus and easy access to the beach. The home was the perfect layout for our family of 5 and could have easily handled more. We will definitely be back!!

The house was perfect. Not a big crowd anywhere. Very relaxing week. Loved the bikes!
