Unit clean. Super close to pier park and just across from the beach and pier. Grocery store less than five minute drive away. Host extremely quick and responsive to questions.

Had a great time. Weather was hot but nice. Location says half mile from pier park but was definitely closer and easy to get to. Hardly had to get car out of parking lot . Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place to stay! Our whole family had an amazing time! Loved the view and it was an easy walk to the beach. The place was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at your condo. I am one that looks through each room that is available when we decide where we want to stay and yours was the nicest available. It truly is a lovely condo! It was also a huge bonus that you were at least $50 cheaper than the others available when I booked.

Our family of 5 had Such a beautiful stay & experience in tower 3! It was the perfect size to still maintain comfort & peace with 3 kids. The building itself was very sound proof. We Could not hear any of our surrounding neighbors thru walls or windows …elevating the privacy factor a lot. The walk to get to the beach was short and doable…..tho next time…,We’d love to stay in the tower right on the beach as our kids wanted to be ocean side the whole time. We hardly encountered much of the staff as we had no need to. When we did in passing… the staff were always friendly. The pool was clean clean clean! We Loved it.
The bar tenders that were poolside really had their shit together! Thru sudden storms…loads of kids everywhere…& random street orders….they really maintained the flow…& created the most delicious beverages for all. Making our whole experience wonderful!

Everything was just as it looked in the pictures. The condo was clean, but we felt that the floors could have been cleaned better. We loved the convenience of the tiki bar and food to purchase. The only negative is that the pool had to close twice in our 9 day stay due to families not placing the proper swim diapers on small children. There should be an arrangement with tower 1 and 2 in the event that this happens.

The condo was exactly as represented which was lovely, comfortable and well equipped. Management was easy to work with and provided complete written directions. They also responded quickly to minor glitches using the TV and pool assess. Do note, there is a difference between "beach view" and "beachfront". Also be aware some "extras" are not available until March. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

This property was very clean, and perfect beach view location . The pool was nice and they have good food downstairs at the cafe .

The condo was very nice and super clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that our room changed from our original booking and to my knowledge we were not notified. The condo we ended up staying in was said to be comparable and I assume it was, I would have preferred being notified of the change. All that said with all the cancellations you keep hearing about being moved certainly beats that! The pool was great amd big enough to not feel cramped even when it was crowded.

Love PCB. Took my daughter and her friend and my boyfriend. We ended up engaged!!! Yay!!
