We love our time at The SummerHouse in PCB!!! We will definitely be back!! Kitchen utensils like spatulas, and extra appliances like possibly an air fryer would be nice to have, but over all, everything else was well stocked! Thanks so much for being great!!

Home was as described and pictures were accurate. Easiest check in that I have experienced. Home was very clean upon arrival. Anything that was needed we were responded to in minutes. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

I will definitely stay here again. This was the first beach trip with the grand baby and I felt completely safe and at ease. We had everything we could possibly need furnished. It was a quiet family friendly neighborhood.

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was amazing, even better than the pictures! It was extremely clean and made us feel right at home. It had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation.
The bikes were one of our main highlight, we loved riding together as a family. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed.
The property management team was incredibly responsive, no matter the time of day. I highly recommend this place to any family looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway. It comfortably fits a family of at least 7 and up to 2 dogs. Just an all-around great experience!

Fantastic place. Everything was wonderful from wonderful bedrooms with great bedding, clean rooms, kitchen was fully stocked…. large TVs with full subscriptions to the most popular apps. It met every need we had. We were a little concerned about being on the first floor and not having full view to the beach and the ocean, but the extra large balcony and beautiful landscaped backyard that we had access to enjoy and play. It was a bonus. Food nearby in walking distance activities all over the place top notch resort.
