Good location. Less traffic than further down the coast. It’s just a short drive to most restaurants and other things to do.

We booked just a couple of days before our trip and received immediate confirmation from the property owner. She also provided very detailed instructions for cheeking in, parking, accessing the condo, and all included amenities. Check-in was simple and we were in the condo within 10 minutes of arrival. The condo was beautiful, even better than described. The ocean front wrap around balcony was amazing. Beach and pool access were simple and we even had front row beach chairs included in the stay - absolutely perfect. Helen was very responsive; I e-mailed looking for a kitchen utensil and when we couldn't find it, Helen brought one to us. She really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We can't wait to come back!

I can not complain about anything. Everything was absolutely perfect. My whole family and I had a great time. The weather was great. Every day we saw dolphins, sea turtles, and sting rays from our balcony. My wife and kids loved that. The condo was excellent. There was more than enough room for all 5 of us. There wasn't any trouble in finding a parking spot either. Everyone we talked to was really nice and friendly too. There was one bad thing........ We had to come home. We will be back next year.

This is an excellent condo. Great location (close to all the hot spots in PCB), great condo (amazing view, very clean and easy check in) and working with Helen was wonderful! I have a special needs son and the walk in shower (with a handrail) was a Godsend. Also, kudos to Helen for working with me on a special request for my son. JUST AWESOME about everything with this condo. Highly recommended!

everything was exactly as listed and super nice. the only thing I would change is the parking spots are very close together but overall great experience.

The property is located on the less crowded, west end of the beach. The keyless entry was so convenient. The views were spectacular. Everyone was kind and helpful. We plan to return to Emerald Isle soon.

Condo was clean and very cute. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. View is amazing from the master bedroom and the living room. Huge balcony is a great place to eat your breakfast and drink your coffee. Condo is right on the beach and the beach chair service was a great feature. There was plenty of parking and very accessible. The location was great too, close to activities but far enough away to avoid the traffic. Check-in and check-out was very simple and hassle free. If we ever go back to PCB we will definitely stay here again.

We had a great visit - the condo was clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the wonderful ocean views - we were treated to several wildlife sightings including dolphins, sea turtles and even two manatees! Helen was great to work with. We would not hesitate to return to Emerald Isle!
