We were a little unsure about this house because of so few reviews, but we were very pleased with it. The community pool, walk to the shops and beaches was wonderful (although a little crowded). The bikes were such a fun bonus!
Our family had a great time. Just know this house doesn’t have any type of kitchen spices, oil, salt/pepper, coffee, etc. So be prepared to purchase for your stay.

We had a great stay at Calypso Tower 3! This condo was very clean and welcoming. I really liked all of the details of the condo. It’s very nicely decorated. The bed was softer than I prefer, but my husband loved it! The shower has very strong water pressure. The walk from the elevators of the garage to the condo is not a bad walk at all. We enjoyed ordering food from the Emerald hub to our room when it was raining and we didn’t wanna get out. The pool is great and the tiki bar is awesome! I highly recommend getting a pineapple drink at the tiki bar! We loved it there so much we will be booking another stay at the Calypso Tower 3!

I booked this house at the very last minute and could not have been happier! The house is beautiful and in a quiet location. We enjoyed the pool and bikes. It was great having the golf cart to drive the short distance to 30A. The private beach was beautiful and not overcrowded. Panhandle Getaways was very timely in their responses when we had a question. I prefer a rental agency to a property manager after working with them. My family and I will certainly book this house again in the future!

Our condo was very nice and had the perfect ocean view. The condo was very clean and all the amenities were nice and up kept. The washer and dryer in the condo was a plus and very convenient. Will definitely recommend it to all our friends! We are planning our next stay.

This was my 2nd visit to PCB this summer. We stayed at another condo in the area, and the Summerhouse was the best!
