Comfortable place with unbeatable view. The place was very clean and well maintained. Loved the porch overlooking the beach and having coffee and breakfast outside. Highly recommended if you want updated accommodations, beautiful views and walking proximity to beach, shops and restaurants.

Great location! The space was nicely decorated and well stocked

Very pretty neighborhood and beautiful home. Even though homes in the neighborhood are very close together the wooded landscape makes it feel more secluded. Home matched photos and was extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Home is directly across from the pool. The included street legal 6 seater golf cart and 4 bikes were well utilized. We enjoyed golf cart rides to Seaside and Rosemary. We rode bikes on the Timpoochee Trail including to The Big Chill which has several casual dining options. The deeded beach access is directly across from the neighborhood however you cannot use this area of beach unless you use the beach chair service at an extra cost. You must walk down the beach a few hundred yards to a public area which was very crowded during our week. There is limited golf cart parking at the front of the neighborhood which is a big help in transporting beach gear. Overall we enjoyed our week at the Connecticut Yankee!

We loved our stay here! It’s especially a great place to stay if you bring your pet with you. Great neighborhood and we loved having the golf cart and garage!

Easy to work with and the condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with a view of the beach.

This place was great, nicely decorated, bright and clean. The beds were comfortable (loved the mattress pad and covers that help prevent things). The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some things we would not have brought, but glad to have them to use. The golf cart made it easy to get around. The grounds were well maintained, pools were taken care of, the restaurant on the beach had a great selection, plenty of places to walk to if you wanted to. I would definitely stay here again, but please add blackout curtains, sun woke us early everyday, I guess that was a bonus to enjoy the Beautiful Beach! Thanks for a great stay ❤️
Ps. at the beach was an awesome borrow and return for sand toys and other things you never knew what was going to be there, the kids loved that!

loved this place for my family! looks just like the pictures, and is a short drive/walk to pier park. Elevators take forever so it was also great that this unit is only on the third floor so we didn’t need it! I will say it’s pretty packed, which is expected for such a large property. The unit is very cute and perfect if you want to be on the beach! I believe the beds are right next to pipes because i heard running water at night but it is not loud and honestly put me right to sleep haha. great place.

Place was amazing , great for families with kids, nice location within walking distance to pier park with restaurants and activities. Even though location is across street from beach accessing it is very easy. Pool is very nice but pretty strict pool rules by one of the staff members who routinely walked around the pool and was a little over the top enforcing rules and not friendly at all. Other than that place was amazing and would 100% stay next year!
