This house was perfect for my family of 6 and my mother-in-law. House was very clean and actually had all the simple amenities they posted. The small boxes in each room with essentials was a great touch.
I only have two recommendations as to the home. 1st, being the golf cart being only a 4 passenger when the home sleeps 12 was a little headache. Had to drive two vehicles most of the trip. The second would be the back porch had a lot of spider webs and wasp nest that prevented us from sitting on the back porch. While these were minor things and in no way affected the stay, it is just good for thought.
I would highly recommend this home to anybody. Literally one of the best houses we have stayed at. Thanks for such a great experience.

Condo was great and Panhandle Getaways was first class, but Tidewater left a little to be desired with dated lobbies and extremely slow elevators.

Unit clean. Super close to pier park and just across from the beach and pier. Grocery store less than five minute drive away. Host extremely quick and responsive to questions.

We had a good experience at this location! The only semi issue we had was the lock when we first checked in, but that was resolved very quickly and well!

We loved the house and the area. House was clean and had everything we needed. Location was great, the golf cart was a very welcome addition! One consideration, add some additional local & community info. Property service was great, we had some questions when we arrived and they answered right away! We hope to make this a frequently returned to location!!

Had a great time. Weather was hot but nice. Location says half mile from pier park but was definitely closer and easy to get to. Hardly had to get car out of parking lot . Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
