We had a wonderful stay place was clean and location was prime to beach and pier park. Definitely recommend! One thing no cleaning supplies (countertop cleaner or trash bags) be prepared to bring along with basic condiments such as salt and pepper. We also purchased a grill to use outside on driveway as can not use in balcony area due to state law. Upper balcony door is very hard to open, hardware needs replaced. Overall stay was wonderful.

Thought I had booked an extra night but that o obviously did not happen. .wish I could have stayed there another week.

We love staying in these cottages when we travel to PCB. Very convenient to eating and shopping. Great property.

This is the best place we've stayed in at PCB, across from the beach and next to Pier Park was perfect for us.

Great location walking distance to Pier Park and the beach access is right across from the house. The house itself is really nice with new TVs. The beds were comfortable (especially the bottom bunk of the full size bunk beds). It is directly off the main strip, and we were there during bike week. Therefore, noise was an issue - I do not think that would be an issue on a normal weekend. The master has a nice balcony that faces the ocean, but you can't see a ton of it because of the house across the street. Very clean house with clean linen! All in all, very enjoyable!!!!
