Check in was smooth. Condo was great. The beds were amazing! We had a great vacation. The view was unforgettable!

We loved our stay

Location was ideal. Walk out to the beach and within short walk or drive from many dining and recreation activities. Kitchen/dining/lounging area was super convenient with an open feel that extended directly to the covered porch and deck which looked out onto the beach. Idyllic setting. It feels like a private get away with good visual separation from surrounding houses.

We had a wonderful time and our condo was very nice but the balcony was terrific. The beds were very comfortable. The condo needs to fix the ice maker. Bag of ice was a little pricey. We would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay! With 10 of us, there was plenty of room and enough beds for all. There are LOTS of stairs, so if anyone has trouble walking this would not be a place to book. One king size bedroom/bath on bottom floor, with mini fridge, microwave, wine bar, access to backyard/pool area. Kitchen/living room on second floor including bunk beds and 2 pull out couches, with balcony access. Top/third floor has master bed/bath, 2 other bedrooms and bath. Washer/dryer on bottom floor. Elderly guests or toddlers and younger would have a hard time with multiple floors. Pool was nice, but small. Beach was just across the street and loved seeing the anole lizards along the walkway. Was only provided 2 trash bags, one dishwasher gel pack and one roll of paper towels, so will need to bring more with you, or buy them. Beach wasn’t crowded. Overall, great place to stay in quiet, safe neighborhood.

We had a fabulous stay in this private home! The pool and hot tub was our favorite place to hang out. The golf cart use for the beach was perform us, but we didn’t want to leave the back yard! Our only issue was the dryer upstairs would always flip the breaker when used. Not sure if anyone ever reported that to you, but my husband could easily correct it by flipping the breaker. I can’t say enough about our experience at your wonderful beach home! My family all loved the home and the amenities. I am hoping we can make this a yearly family vacation to your location! Do you offer discounts for return reservations? We all hated to leave when the week was over! If you’re hesitant about the location it being directly on the beach, don’t be…. The location is perfect and you can be on the beach within minutes using the golf cart provided. It was an amazing week of family fun and relaxing!!

Great place very busy there is def an elevator issue but only happened once while we were there for 5 nights.

Very nice vacation home in a great beachfront location. Beautiful view of the Gulf is visible through sliding glass doors which extend nearly the entire width of the open floorplan. Property management was very responsive, friendly and helpful before and during our stay. The location is an easy walk or short drive from numerous restaurants and attractions, several of which can be reached by walking up or down the beach. We will recommend it to our friends.
