Really nice updated unit we stayed in. Beautiful views and only steps to the beach. Parking was a little tricky if you have more than one vehicle but overall great place to stay!! We would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful week in 1706!!! The condo was clean, with well appointed bathrooms and comfortable beds and linens. The cleaning staff had cleaned the dishwasher, oven, microwave and BEHIND the fridge. We had toilet paper and paper towels, as well as dish soap, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. The property was secure. You can only access it via keypad entry. Same for the parking garage. The parking garage is well lit in the evening, and the overall feeling at this condo complex is safe. Schooners’s bar and Beach Grill is attached. Makes it super easy and convenient to grab a quick bite and a drink or enjoy a meal. Well priced, Good value. The beach is clean and you can rent chairs and an umbrella for $55 a day. Or, just steps away are many different surf shops where you can buy cheap beach chairs and an umbrella for $50 and save yourself money. My kids loved the double pools, as well as the ability to shower and clean their feet when coming in off the beach. The location of this unit is super convenient, And has an absolutely beautiful view. We highly recommend panhandle getaways, and will be renting from them again next summer. Thank you for making our vacation truly memorable and we can’t wait to be back!

I originally stayed at Reats Retreat at Gulf Highland Beach Resort where my room did not have AC and the customer service was extremely poor. We spent the last 5 days here and it completely saved my vacation. Cool air, nice room, clean property, and excellent customer service. Thank you for being what a relaxing and fun family vacation should be.
