This place was great! Perfect location to beach and walking distance to pier park. Clean and comfortable plenty of space. Definitely recommend!

We loved Summertown cottage! Super quick walk beach and pier park. Love that it is a dog friendly place, our dogs had so much fun swimming in the ocean! Very much recommend!

Went to Panama City Beach for my daughter’s senior trip. The condo was nice, right across from the beach. The street was busy and noisy, but that was to be expected. Panhandle Getaways were very helpful! PCB will be our new beach vacation spot!

Only steeps from the beach

We were super impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The house is well appointed and you simply cannot beat the proximity to the beach. We loved being able to go back and forth to the beach several times throughout the day. We were super excited that this was a pet friendly property so that we could bring our puppy. He had a wonderful time at the dog beach. The property is within walking distance of the pier - which our kids liked. The main road is a bit loud but it’s a small sacrifice for how close the beach is. I had a few questions upon arrival and my questions were answered promptly! It was a fun vacation!

My family and I visited Panama City Beach and we couldn’t have been happier with this house! It is literally steps away from the beach (dog friendly) and Pier Park. The house itself was perfect for us! Thank you...we look forward to visiting again soon!

It was very important for us to stay somewhere our dog go could and enjoy the beach. This property is across the street from Dog Park. Great beach, lots of nice folks out with dogs. Plenty of space, though we were there in February, I assume it will get busier. We frequented the Dicks Last Resort in Pier Park as they were dog friendly too. Note the pier itself does not allow dogs. This place is in a great location, walk to beach, shops & restaurants. We found great biking at St. Andrews State Park and Conservation Park.

The property is as advertised. Keep in mind this is a beach front rental & likely spends more time full than empty so there are some scuffs & scraps but absolutely nothing to interfer with a great stay. The kitchen is well appointed to cook all your meals, full size coffee pot and even a Crock-Pot. The queen sized bunk beds were perfect for us since we have teens aged 13, 16 & 16. The king in the master is very comfortable as well. LOCATION you can't beat the direct access to beach via location 60! It's just across the street and Pier Park is just a very short walk. As a matter of fact if you want to get a nice morning walk in for some Starbucks it's 0.9 miles from the unit to grab a cup. That distance also puts you at the SkyWheel and other activities in Pier Park, but you actually enter Pier Park closer than that. Same with fishing off the pier, you can walk and it's only a small fee for access. We visited in winter when many things in a beach town are closed but the beach & Pier Park kept my teens busy with lots of walks a day. We also rented a golf cart from Outlaw Carts (they rent overnight/consecutive days). The unit is maybe a mile from the grocery store so we used the cart for running errands and just out cruising around PCB. I'd recommend this rental any time of year.

Was great except did not get wifi

This house was awesome - clean and had everything we needed. You cannot beat the location of Summer Towne. We've stayed here before and we will stay here again...thank you!

Had the pleasure of staying at this great place and everything was as expected. House was in great condition and very clean. Everything worked with no issues. Parkimy was adequate for my needs and the beach is just across the street and visable from the upstairs balcony which is great to just sit oht and enjoy. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Property is close to beach and Pier Park! House was clean and beds were comfortable! Lots of room and happy that we could bring our little westie with us! We definitely plan to stay here again!
