Very nice, spacious condo with a great view. Short walk to the beach, where there’s a nice bar & restaurant. Very close to other restaurants, the harbor, Walmart, and Big Kahuna Water Park. We had a party of 7 and we all enjoyed our time at The Terrace immensely.

We did really enjoy the facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped for use to cook our meals. Having a laundry in the condo was a plus. Grilling area was clean and great for a family gathering. Beach at a walking distance. There was always enough parking. Close to everything. We would definitely stay at The Terrace at Pelican Beach again.

Lovely, updated condo with fabulous views. It’s rare to find a two bedroom place that actually has a bed for each of the 5 of us. Easy stroll to the beach and if you are loaded down with gear the resort golf cart will drive you. The kitchen has many conveniences..coffee maker, toaster, pans the only kitchen items not available were baking sheets, mixing/salad bowls and a blender. That certainly didn’t slow down the good times though. Thanks for the great vacation!!

We loved the property. It was comfortable, had close access to many Destin destinations, provided an amazing view of the waterfront and was a very short walk to the beach.
