The place was beautiful! Decor was up to date and on point. Pat was a great communicator before and during our stay. Bed was super comfortable but more important the place was immaculate! Pots, pans, glasses, etc. were super clean...we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was beautiful and really well kept. The owners stayed in touch to be sure we had what we needed. It was the perfect place for the three of us to enjoy a nice, relaxing weekend. We would definitely go back.

Beautifully decorated condo with amazing views and large balcony. There were 5 of us vacationing together and we had plenty of room. Property owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as it liked online- clean, updated, and the most spectacular views! The complex is quiet, well maintained and has direct beach access. We had a great visit!

The 'Second Chances' condo was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the views from the balcony with our morning coffee and evening wine. The condo is walking distance to several restaurants and all of the Panama City Beach tours (deep sea fishing, dolphin tours, etc) are just a short drive away. The kitchen has all dishwater and utensils needed, but there is zero cooking oil or seasonings, so be sure to grab oil, salt & pepper if you plan to cook during your stay! We loved the hot tub and pools as well. Well worth the money for the well appointed condo and a memorable family trip.

I recently lost my husband of 30yrs in June. We did not want to be at home so we rented this beautiful place . It had everything we needed, so modern with all high end features. The teacher in me loved that everything was labeled . We absolutely loved second chances . We hope to come back again one day.

Owner was very easy to work with. Facility is as beautiful as I remember from a few years ago. Condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Outdoor furniture was super nice as well. We spent a lot of time outdoors. The beach was very quiet at the time of year we went. We pretty much had the pool and hot tubs to our selves. The condo is beautiful! Decor is lovely, which is important to us in making a decision where to stay, especially for a long length of time. The layout / design is very accommodating. Very clean!

The property was vary clean and loved the decor! Fabulous large balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows, blankets etc. Kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t do any cooking. We will definitely stay again!
