Half of the pool was blocked off due to construction in the tower beside it. This should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Shower didn't drain well and the sliding glass door is very difficult to open. We literally stood in water taking a shower. Condo is a little dated and could use some upgrades, but overall we enjoyed our stay and check in was a breeze. Management was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great location, beautiful views, and the beach service with chairs is a plus. Bed was very comfortable, and condo is nice. Great communication and willingness to help with any questions or issues. We would definitely come back.

Everything was great. The condo was perfect. The pool could have been cleaner. It had some weed like floaties in it and was a bit cloudy.

Great location. Walking distance to the beach and have plenty of necessities for the beach . The house was very clean and well put together .

Beautiful view! Can't beat it! We stayed with 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) It was enough space for sleeping, maybe a bit tight when we were all 5 awake. The unit is on the 6th floor which makes the stairs not a huge deal if the elevators are busy (we stayed in a busy season and oftentimes the elevators were very crowded). Check-in/out is easy! The Pelican requires you to pay to reserve chairs/umbrellas or you cannot set-up your beach stuff unless your behind several rows of chairs. That wasn't ideal and very expensive, but that is a pelican issue not the hosts. Overall, great space for a beach vacation!

We had a great stay, panhandle was very responsive and helpful. Area was too busy for our liking. Pool was too warm and cloudy. Overall had a great time.

Condo was perfectly decorated, super clean & beds were super comfortable. Easy to access 2nd floor from stairs on east end, bypass all the wait time for elevators. Host was amazing!

Cleanest house I’ve stayed at and I’ve been staying in the same area at different houses 1-2 times every year. The communication was easy and very quick. Literally it was a quick text message and a fast response back with any questions I had. I loved having 1 bedroom on the first floor and the others upstairs each with their own bathrooms. The home was gorgeous and I especially loved the Bible scriptures throughout the home. The access to the beach wasn’t my favorite at first but the golf cart made it super easy. Once we learned to drive closer to seaside and use one of their public access points we were much happier. It was much less crowded on the beach and parking on a side road made it easy to access it also. I highly recommend the home and I hope to stay here again!
