The place was the perfect size for three adults, a child, and one big doggo. It was located on the main street, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and Panama City Beach’s only dog-friendly beach is right across the street! The only downside was that the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced as it slopes/sags on one side. Other than that, everything was amazing!

The unit was perfect for the event we attended. Will absolutely return!

The location can’t be beat! Close to beach, shopping, restaurants, and other entertainment. Communication with the host was easy. The house was clean, updated, and pleasant. I’d definitely recommend this location to others, and will definitely book again myself. Exceptional experience!

I have walked by these houses so many times when staying in PCB and I finally stayed in one!!! I loved it. The house had everything as described, extremely short walk to the beach. The only thing I would change is the chair by the door , almost flipped over several times while sitting in it. Will definitely book with this company again!!!!!

Great property- appears as advertised. Will never stay in another condo; it was great to walk across the street with my paddleboard. A hose and outdoor shower on the unit made it easy to rinse off everything at the end of the beach day. Many restaurants within walking distance if you don't feel like fighting dinner time traffic. The pool looked nice although I never went in .

Wonderful house across the road from the beach. Perfect location and pet-friendly! Beautiful interior, easy access to the beach and ocean views from the balcony. Also close access to Pier Park—which kept the college kids happy and occupied!

We have stayed at these houses for years!!! You can walk to everything.. beach is right across the street an it’s never ever packed in “our stretch” of the sand..no hotels close an dog park is a great distance away so the beach perfect, husband walks to the pier to fish every morning an tons of shopping all at walking distance!!

My family of 4 plus our tiny little schnauzer enjoyed our stay here thoroughly. It was the perfect location for everything you would need. The house was clean amd had everything we needed. Small issue with the love seat but the owner decided to just replace the entire living room set so we got to enjoy new furniture. Woo-hoo! The only concern was the pool which was not as clean as expected but I wouldn't blame that on the property owner. We enjoyed the beach so much that it didn't really matter about the pool but the option to swim would have been great. We walked almost everywhere because of the proximity to the pier, shopping and restaurants. Perfect stay and we shall return. I even recorded a video of the property to show friends. I would just suggest booking early because this house stays booked. Thanks for the great memories with my family..

Not wanting to stay in a hotel, but still be able to walk right onto the beach? This is perfect! The house is absolutely adorable with the beach themed decor, and comfortable beds. It is right across the street from the beach, which is all I really wanted. If you want to cook your meals, full kitchen. Don’t want to cook, no worries restaurants at Pete’s Pier is less than 5 minute walk. Need to wash your clothes or beach towels? washer and dryer is there. I would most definitely love to come back and stay again.

This place is right across the street from the beach and it doesn't get any better than that! The house is roomy and the balcony is perfect for morning tea and reading. I would recommend renting a car or golf cart to be able to get groceries easily. This place doesn't have any condiments (like not even salt & pepper) and only provides enough detergent for one load of laundry which was weird but nothing we couldn't fix with a quick trip to the store. I'm only even mentioning this so future guests can prepare accordingly. Overall, this place was excellent and is far enough away from any obnoxious spring breakers but close enough to walk to restaurants. Our little kids absolutely loved this place, as well! Book it, you won't regret it!

The house is even much nicer in person then the pictures show. Upper level has wood flooring now and master bedroom is huge. The kitchen has everything stocked to cook, which I loved, other rentals i've had were always lacking in the kitchen. I really enjoyed the views from the master bedroom of the ocean and sunsets and the 60 second walk to the ocean.
