Cute location that fit our family of 9 for NYE 2019!! Great beach access and lots of places you can walk to in order to grab breakfast. Publix not to far to get groceries and anything else you may need.

We loved our weekend at Sanibel. The house is at a perfection location along 30A. The house is steps from the beach which The makes it very easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house was clean, cool, and comfortable for our group of 11 (9 adults and 2 children). The neighborhood pool was also a great amenity to have. The house also came with two chairs and an umbrella that were set up at the beach for us each day. We would definitely return to Sanibel and recommend it to others! Thank you!

The house was exactly as described. All 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom which was great for a large group. The location was the best part, it’s an easy walk to the beach and the community is gated and secure so the beach was not very populated since there is not a public beach access. This made for a wonderful, relaxing week without the crowds. We loved our stay, and the town of seaside. Everything is a quick uber ride away. Would gladly stay here again.

Such a great experience! It is very close to the beach. The house is confortable for a large group. It has 4 parking spaces, and we were surprised for the grill in the parking :)
We would definitely recommend this house.

Our extended family (four individual families) stayed in this house for several days and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully furnished and is a very short walk to the beach and the community pool. The upstairs master is fantastic and the walk in closet made a great bedroom for our toddler. The only thing I would note is if you are a family that likes to cook, you may want to take along a few necessary items for what you're making. Most things are available but there was no cookie sheet and a couple other staples were missing. But, no big deal. We had a great trip! Highly recommend this house.

We took our whole family on vacation and stayed at the Sanibel house on Majestica Circle. It was a fabulous place, with lots of space to spread out, and great amenities. The proximity to the beach was great. It allowed us to come and go without having to pack up all of our gear. We will definitely plan to return!
