We loved our stay at The Summit! It was very nice and clean. Wouldn't change anything! We'll be back next year!

Loved every minute of our stay in this unit! The decor was beautiful and it had everything we needed to feel at home! Everything was clean and well kept! We can't wait to plan our next trip to this unit!

My wife and 2 children (17 Yr old girl and 14 Yr old boy) visited for 5 nights over spring break. The furniture was first class, comfy beds and beautiful beach theme décor. Perfect view of the beach. Bikini Bobs offered affordable and great food if you didn't want to leave the property and The Tiki Bar was fun and a wide range of affordable beach drinks. Een the beach hand was very knowledgeable and made sure you were always comfortable. The pools were well taken care of, plenty of bathrooms down by the pool and seating for everyone to sit around. The Florida sunsets are beautiful as always. We would recommend the Summit Condo to anyone and look forward to the chance to stay there again.

The condo was such a wonderful place to be in November!! Winter is the perfect time to be in PCB! It was quiet and the beach was as beautiful as ever. Every time we came back to the condo after being out, if felt like we were walking into our own mini resort. The space is very tastefully renovated and decorated and has all of the amenities of home.

We rented Unit 1025 at The Summit in PCB. What a wonderful experience. The unit has been completely refurbished and updated. A great view, a king size bed, and even a Keurig! The facility itself has a snack bar, and a real bar at the pool. The rental process was quick and efficient. We would highly recommend this unit and will return.

Overall, wonderful place to stay!!! The condo was just gorgeous!! Very clean, updated and I felt like I was at home. I can honestly say that this was by far the best condo we have stayed in any of our trips to Panama City Beach. The view of the beach from the kitchen and the living room was amazing!! The staff couldn't be any nicer which made our trip even better!!
