Mermaid Haven was absolutely lovely! The owners really care about their condo because it is very well cared for. Clean spaces, great beds, beautiful decor; a wonderful place to call home away from home. This will definitely be a return spot for my family. All nine of us (5 adults, 4 kids) we're comfortably accommodated. It's a short drive to Pier Park but close enough to Thomas Donuts to walk. Charter fishing with Captain Anderson's didn't disappoint and the kids loved Gulf World - I got a great deal on tickets from Groupon😄. Looking forward to returning again in the summer.

Tropic Winds is on the far west side of the strip and nearly the last building, so you will find yourself always turning right to do anything (Pier Park, Marina, Winn Dixie) parking is a night right especially if you have a larger vehicle. If you want to be closer to the action try Calypso, of you prefer the street to be quieter and the beach less busy this will be great for you.

The unit is well equipped and maintained. We were 9 adults and never ran out of hot water. AC is also well distributed. Building has 3 fast elevators. Easy beach access. Pool, sauna and spa were also clean and well maintained.

Condo was very nice with wonderful views from the large balcony/patio. With 6 adults and two small children we had plenty of room to enjoy each other's company, or have private time. We would absolutely rent again.
