We absolutely loved this location! Access to the beach was just a few steps from the pool. Loved feeling like we were on the beach while sitting on the balcony. We look forward to coming back.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great communication with the property manager. Wonderful location and views. Kids enjoyed the 3 pools and of course the beach. Was great to have washer and dryer in the unit. Hope to come back!

Nice and clean place for vacation.

This condo was perfect! It was clean, lots of space, and the views are unbeatable. I loved the corner condo with 2 balconies. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing condo. Love the beach view from the balcony. Kitchen is spacious, has everything you’d need. Everything is clean. Walk down to the ground floor and right out to the beach. Pools are cool too. Will definitely rent again.

Even though it mostly windy, the experience was fun. We were still able to get into the ocean and enjoy the atmosphere. Views were amazing. Enjoyed watching the planes and boats go by from the balcony.

Everything was great room was exactly what was expected! Highly recommend

Great getaway!

This condo was very clean and newly remodeled. Offered a great view of the beach! If i were to book again i would deffinately book our beach chairs for the week as you may never get a front row chair on the water

We have stayed at Pelican before and fell in love with the resort. Our condo unit was beautiful!! Well stocked and the views are everything! Unfortunately the coffee maker was broken. I was told I would hear from someone and never did. The drain and smell in the master bathroom shower was so bad we had to keep the door closed. Just a few issues but overall it was great!!

Great stay! Enjoyed the unit and the Resort. I would definitely come back. Only inconveniences were lack of close handicap parking and constant construction going on--but tolerable. People were very nice and the location was good.

We stayed here for a week after we got married in Destin Florida. Great place just the right amount of towels. Right on the beach with great views from the room. Close to all the restaurants, amenities, and shopping. Definitely recommend and would stay at the pelican beach resort again. Thanks

After reading the reviews I was hesitant at first because this was our families first Destin vacation but the picture of the room was beautiful online so we went ahead and decided to book. A few days before our vacation I received the email with our door code but the picture of the room was a different color than what I booked. After calling Panhandle Getaway they explained sometimes the wrong picture goes out with the email. I was still nervous and didn’t know what room we was going to walk into. When we arrived the room was exactly what we booked. We had an issue with the air conditioner but we had excellent customer service and communication with the leasing company and owner and figured out what we was doing wrong. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and since I read the previous reviews I was prepared with laundry pods, dishwashing pods, extra toilet paper, and trash bags. The view was amazing and spent several hours sitting on the balcony. Perfect Vacation!!!
