Very clean, open concept kitchen and living space. Large bathrooms. Easy in and out! Only a couple of minor things to be addressed- as with every home. Highly recommend!

We loved all the amenities that splash provided and was super impressed with how easy check in and check out was!!! Super clean and all the staff was wonderful with our crazy wild kids and super helpful with any questions.... We are already planning our trip back down and plan to stay at the exact same location!

This condo is just as nice and pretty as the pics indicate. The view is gorgeous, and the condo is very spacious. This complex has something for everyone: the beach, pools, splash pads, lazy river. We enjoyed the convenience to area restaurants and shopping. Overall, we loved our vacation, and we will be back soon.

We loved staying at your condo, only down fall is the elevators. one evening they were broke but fixed right away but when checking in it was really backed up.

Condo was great and spacious. Everything was up to date and had nice furniture and new tv's. Beds could have been a little more comfy. Cookware,plates and glasses were very nice to. Views were great and being on the 4th floor is a plus when elevators are moving slow. Our kids loved the resort and made a lot of new freinds.

We had a great time! The condo was very clean and exactly as appeared in pictures! The resort was nice, although some amenities are closed during off season. Such as the on site grill & bar. We had some rainy days but there is so much to do around town that is wasn’t a problem. Our kids had a great time and that was our purpose in the trip!

Loved the facility, the long walk over the bridge to parking lot is tiresome but ok.

We enjoyed our stay at this beachfront resort. The condo was in great condition and the perfect size for our family. Will stay here again when traveling back to the Florida beaches.
