This is a stunning property. Everything in the home is first class and well equipped. The Prominence community is extremely nice. Guests that stay here will be in the center of 30A happenings. Jeremy and Amanda did an excellent job of communicating prior to our trip. They were very helpful and willing to make sure that we had a great time. They even communicated an up to date HOA rule change that allowed us to rent a golf cart during our stay. The home was the perfect layout for us. We were staying with my father and his wife, and my family of 5. The dual master setup was perfect for us to relax after a day of fun. The open kitchen was a great place to gather and well stocked with items. Everything was 5 stars as far as the decorating. My wife and I really like to stay at nice places, and she kept commenting how "cute" it was. The Hub is a great place to hang out with the family in the evenings, or casually walk through for breakfast or lunch. The shops were very nice as well. We ventured out to a number of nearby towns as well. Seaside, Grayton, Alys, and Rosemary were all different and fun to explore. The adults went out for an amazing dinner at Pescado in Alys beach, and highly recommend this place. As a family we ate at the Perfect Pig, and The Red Bar as far as places to mention. We also stayed in for a few nights which was really enjoyable as well. My only complaint was the lack of views of the water. It seems like this section of the 30A area is harder to see the ocean. The beach access was a bit of a chore to find parking, and Deer Lake State Park was closed, so we loaded up and usually drove to better parking to enjoy the beach. We did end up with huge swells and some cooler weather, but we would have to expect that in March. I can imagine that May and September are probably the perfect time to visit. I hope this review is helpful to future guests interested in Jeremy and Amanda's place. I have no doubt people will really enjoy their time here.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is very new and immaculate! Our kids (4 girls ages 11-14) loved riding bikes. The only downside is access to beaches. There is a beach entrance down the street, but reserved for the beach club members. Overall great time!

We absolutely loved this house. Everything from the communications with the owner, the check in process, the special treats they had for us when we arrived, the layout and location of the house- it was incredible. The only thing that was tough was getting to a beach - it was a bummer the one that was almost part of the neighborhood required a membership to, but the nearest beaches were a short bikeride away. It worked out fine though. The Hub was great to have right there, and I loved the fact the house was nestled in the back of the neighborhood. We had an incredible time, the house was impecable, and the hosts were simply amazing. Thank you!

The home was beautiful! The furnishings were well appointed and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the floor plan was ideal. The neighborhood pools were great and we spent a lot of time there, plus the proximity to the HUB with food and shops was convenient. The only negative was the lack of direct beach access for the prominence neighborhood. We would stay there again. The host was wonderful!

This property was terrific! The home was beautifully furnished and the property manager, Jeremy, was great! He was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was our daughters’ birthday and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and wonderful cookies to help us celebrate our visit! We have our own VRBO home in Texas and fully appreciate everything that an owner and property manager do to make a guest’s stay exceptional. Little touches of hospitality like this make such a difference! The complimentary bikes, beach gear, and sand toys were great, too! We rented a golf cart for transporting my older mother in law while the rest of us could enjoy riding bikes. The beach access is just a ways up the road so taking a car, bikes, or golf cart are a must if carrying gear for the beach. The HUB in the Prominence neighborhood was super convenient with shopping and eateries and scheduled nighttime entertainment. Overall it was a terrific week for our family! Thank you Jeremy for all of your efforts to help make it such a great stay!

House was beautifully decorated and perfect for our group. Two suites for each couple and two bedrooms for the teens. Hub was great for casual dinner and safe/fun place for the teens to hang out. They especially loved the two DJ dance nights.

Jeremy and Amanda were great host! The property was 1st class throughout and community was excellent for the family and the kids. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

An amazing home with an amazing host! They went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible. Couldn’t have asked for a more convenient stay. The house has everything. The house is located near one of the two pools. This pool was a little smaller but honestly we liked better since it was a bit less crowded and had a few cabanas for shade, which was great for our kids. It was also a short walk to the hub which was nice for a quick coffee, lunch or dinner. The home was extremely well decorated and really carries a nice beach theme to give you that real vacation feel. Layout is great, nice and open, and spacious as well. Two master bedrooms, one on the top floor and one on the ground floor which is nice if grandparents or a nanny wants to join. The other two bedrooms upstairs also had their own bathrooms. They also had bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, and a wagon on site, so no need to rent or buy any of that stuff either. TVs had Netflix which was nice when wanting to take a break from the sun. Had beautiful big walk in shower and a bathtub to be able to bath kids easily. A nice back porch in each master bedroom, along with a porch in the front of the house, all with seating. Overall just a beautiful home, very accommodating with kids. We highly recommend!!

This house was unbelievable...beautiful, clean, spacious! The owner & managers have thought of absolutely everything to make a trip to the beach perfect! The manager’s hospitality and attention to detail was incredible. 100% hope to stay here again! Beach is about about a mile away...there is a shuttle to beach, but we used the bikes that were included and rented a golf cart. The neighborhood “Hub” has fun shopping, coffee/wine/beer, dining...great beach vibes! We didn’t want to ever leave! Thanks so much, Amanda & Jeremy, for an amazing week with my family!
