Great place. Kid loved the pool

Place was great minus the privacy concerns. The shades in the bedrooms are very see through so the neighbors can see right through the room, there is bo privacy. Also at night the lights from outside and neighbors kept us awake due to the sheer blinds/curtains. We wanted to hang a blanket up for privacy however the curtain rod was already hanging out of the wall and we did not want it to fall so we just dealt with it. Other than that it was a great house and location

Our family loved our stay at this home! So convenient to Grayton Beach, shops, and restaurants, as well as Seaside, Watercolor, and Gulf Place. The golf cart and fenced side yard were also helpful to us enjoying our stay. Our grandchildren loved their rooms, and we all had a great time in the living room playing games and watching movies at night. We will certainly be back!

Everything about our stay here was great. The house is beautiful, and in amazing condition. The pictures are 100% accurate, everything is gorgeous inside and out. The house has nice finishes, higher end appliances, tall ceilings, and beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and more. The mattresses and linens were of very good quality. The internet was amazing. We could run online meetings, roku, xbox simultaneously without any issues.
We loved the location. The beach is a 15min walk/ 5min bike ride. It is right next to the free shuttle to Grayton beach, the shuttle is faster than parking there. Very close to Seaside, and you can take the golf cart there in 10mins. Seaside has multiple dedicated golf cart parking areas. Its 5min walking path to a great coffee shop/bakery and restaurants.
We had our dogs with, the back yard was fully fenced and good for them.
Panhandle Getaways was a good host, we would stay with them again.

I would highly recommend staying here, the rental has up to date furnishings, very clean and mgmt was extremely helpful. We will definitely book this place again!
