The house layout is awesome. Older folks may not like 3 levels of stairs to climb to the master though. Having the golf cart and bikes is a must! The pool is small and not heated. The only negative was driving the golf cart or riding bikes across a 4 lane highway was pretty stressful. Otherwise, location to the beach was perfect. Beach access was great- public, close to the house and not very crowded. Bathrooms available as well. Beach service for an umbrella + 2 chairs was $50/daily. Well worth it for us vs. lugging all the beach gear over. Restaurants: Ghost Crab Pizza was delicious- a quick bike ride through the neighborhood. Bayou Bills was great and the Donut Hole is also a quick bike ride. Please provide pool/beach towels for future guests!! At this price point management companies provide these amenities with the home. It’s extremely inconvenient traveling with a suitcase full of towels or having to buy them.

House was well appointed with plenty of space for our group of nine. A few minor issues were experienced. Hot water at the third floor had low pressure and took a long time to be delivered from the first floor instantaneous heater. The ductless mini split systems were difficult to control and spaces were often too hot or cold.

The property was very clean and spacious. The pool is super convenient being right next door. You can look over at the pool to see if it’s busy, etc. The pool was often empty or had very few people in it. The property manager answered any questions super fast and was easy to get in contact with. The only downside of the location is having to cross the 4 lane highway without stop lights to get to the beach. Can be a little dangerous at times. We loved the bikes. The place has an umbrella, some chairs, a wagon, noodles, boogie board, etc. to use at the beach!

The property was clean and well stocked. Having bikes and the golf cart were great. We arrived a little early and the were able to get into the house a little early. It was clean and set up really well. The location was great for shopping and food. The only negative is you have to cross the very busy 30 A to get to the beach. One of the bedrooms was very warm and was tough to sleep in as it never really would cool off. It was a nice stay!!!

We loved this place! It is absolutely perfect for family! Great location in regards to the beach! The bikes and golf cart make it so easy! Public beach access was great and not SUPER crowded! We will be back!

One of the best homes I've seen.. directly across the street from the beach and minutes away from shopping, dining and other activities. Superb location!! The homes decor exceeded expectations..definitely recommend!

The house we rented was new and in great shape. Exactly as listed. Great location and very convenient to everything you need. Would stay again for sure!

The house was very clean had a very beachy feel to it! It was very spacious more than accommodating for me my husband and our two teenagers. Everything we needed was there in the house and the location was great just 4 miles max to the beaches! The property manager was always available to answer questions and to assist us with what we needed. We would definitely consider staying again!

I can not say enough positive things about our stay at Inlet Beach. The property was beautifully decorated with all amenities thought I’d in advance. We were traveling with 3 teenagers and the garage game room was an instant hit!!! Very close access to the beach. Rental came with 4 free bikes plus there were 2 electric scooters AND a golf cart. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend. Our only complaint was we should have stayed longer!!!

I recommend this place, its a clean place and the beds were very comfortable! Its a very quick walk to the beach. Its 45 mins away from Destin. The house comes with a golf cart, scooters, and 4 bikes. I enjoyed staying at this house!
There’s also a donut shop nearby too!

We LOVED our week spent at this beautiful beach house. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids had their own downstairs space. House is very well stocked, we had everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend for a beautiful house very close to the beach!
