Loved the condo. Everything we needed was there. The view is great! Beach was beautiful! Enjoyed the pools. Great place for family, girls get away or romantic getaway.

We spent one week vacation and the place felt like home. Waking up to the ocean view was priceless. The walking distance to the pool and beach is like walking out to your own back yard. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I would recommend deep cleaning and maintenance to the bathrooms and showers as they had some issues (mold/recaulking). Two closet doors were out of place and we could not use them. This condo is really well decorated and well equipped for a wonderful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit! It was spacious, kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were warm and inviting, great big huge king size beds in both rooms. Everything seemed updated and clean. We spent the most of our time on the private balcony. The views are amazing! The time of year prevented us from seeing a whole lot of people but we didn't mind. No waits for the elevators, not that we really needed them with the unit being on the second floor. My ONLY concern was the bathrooms. While everything was neat and clean, the showers/tubs floors were very slippery and there were no floor mats inside them. Had to lay down towels to stand on. Not sure if this has been fixed since our stay, I realize my review is quite a bit late in coming, but that would definitely be my only complaint. Everything else was perfect. Location is also stellar. It's a private establishment, so no unnecessary visitors walking around the premises. Close to the East side of Destin, so lots of shopping and for people looking to saving a buck on a few necessities, Wal-Mart is about a mile or two East on 98. Overall, great experience and beautiful condo. Already planning our next trip back and staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay in 201. The location is great, access to the beach is convenient, the pools are nice and the staff was friendly. The condo was nicely furnished and suited our needs perfectly. We look forward to future vacations at the Tides of Tops'l and would be thrilled to be able to rent this unit again!

We have stayed at Tops'l before but this was our favorite condo. We loved being on the 2nd floor at the end and used the stairs instead of having to wait for an elevator. We loved the close proximity to the pool and beach. The condo was very clean and updated. It was nice to have kitchen detergent, etc on hand so we didn't have to run to the store first thing. We would definately stay in this unit again!
