The property maybe needs a small upgrade specially the bathrooms. Overall it was perfect for all you need on vacation. I will definitely stay here again.

it was close enough to walk a little ways to the beach. not as close as i thought it was, but close enough. the pool wasnt close to our property like the pictures. everything else was great!

Good location, could use a little TLC only because I notice the small things. But overall nice place and would stay again.

Loved the place! But we were suppose to check in at 4 and didn’t till 6 due to short staff for cleaning. I understand but when we arrived i could see they rushed and didn’t completely clean it right. Was still fun tho!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is so beachy and comfortable for our family. Lotâs of space for everyone. There were two inviting looking pools but too cold for a swim in December. Maybe next time. The walk to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops is less than 5 minutes. The owners provided a wagon and beach chairs for the beach which was unexpected. The bike rental place, coffee shop and Pompano Joes is right there! So convenient. Canât wait to go back. So relaxing!

Everything was so nice and clean! We were shocked at how close the beach was from our location! Just a 4 minute walk! Beautiful and safe neighborhood to take walks in during the day or at night! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Very nice and comfortable accommodations that make a perfect home away from home. Great location within walking distance to the beach or a very short drive to public beach access parking lot if you have a lot of beach gear. Location is also close to shopping, food and family fun & adventures. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the Destin area in the future.

Great location and great property. Easy access to the beach and to the pools, a little BBQ grille on the back of each apartment was very comfortable.

This property was clean and the property manager was responsive. The pools were our favorite, as well as the huge TV. We had a great experience. That being said, I felt the price was too high considering the unit did not have beach access.

Only a short walk from the beach, this condo was perfect for my friends and I! Quiet and convenient location. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to cook, watch movies, and sleep. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. I recommend staying here!

The condo was in perfect walking distance from the beach and a great seafood restaurant! Very clean and had everything we needed. It was our first time visiting this area and we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you!!
