Wow! What a fantastic home with every single thing we needed for a perfect, comfortable week on 30A. This house is extremely clean, spacious, well-equipped and even better than we hoped for. The location is just perfect. Communication was fantastic and we had zero issues. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this gorgeous home. Thank you for an amazing place to stay!

We couldn’t recommend this home enough! We had the best stay! Sel La Vie is is an adorable neighborhood right in the perfect location for 30A. It is walking distance to the community pool, and a short golf cart drive to the beach. The beaches are stunning, and our hosts provided us with chairs and a cooler. Our flight was delayed and the hosts were so helpful and accommodating in extending our checkout. Desi from panhandle getaways was so responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and our trip was so stress free. The beds were super comfortable and the house was very clean. We do recommend renting a car as we did struggle to get Ubers. It’s a short golf cart drive to Alys beach, rosemary beach, and sea grove, however you can’t park the cart anywhere in Alys beach or rosemary so having a car makes things easier! We will definitely be back for another stay at sel la vie!

We have been coming to 30A for many years to vacation. This property was one of our favorites! We loved it's central location convenient to all out favorite spots. The gold cart is a HUGE plus and easy access to the beach. The home was the perfect layout for our family of 5 and could have easily handled more. We will definitely be back!!

The house was perfect. Not a big crowd anywhere. Very relaxing week. Loved the bikes!

Great! Only 1 issue is beach access. We went in Sept so not as crowded as peak season but still pretty full. We were told (by umbrella set up guy) you only have 8’ from the stairs. So we walked left about 20 yards and set up. No big deal! The app is helpful for all the codes, door code, beach entry code, pool code. Overall awesome!

The house is so well maintained and perfectly placed in the neighborhood where it’s so quite. We took an adult trip with friends and had a blast! We will be coming back with the kids soon.

The house was dope and so was the neighborhood. House is practically brand new and so nice. Community was quant and the pool was amazing. Golf cart was a must-have due to the distance to the beach (about a 2 minute drive). Beach access was easy to get to, but not many places to park the cart.

The Sel la Vie house where we stayed was clean, bright, airy snd relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for the eight of us. The screened in front porch was great for evenings after dinner to sit and talk. The pool was a short walk from the house and we had very little drive by traffic. We loved how it was not too far from the beach—and could use the 6-person golf cart to get there quickly. The kitchen was roomy and had most things we needed. Loved the roomy showers! The house was clean and really liked having an ice maker under the kitchen cabinet. We also were glad to have the washer and dryer.
All in all, it was a great stay! Probably one of our best vacations as we were able to share our experience with family. Would love to come back again!!

Incredible home that is designed in the most impeccable and latest finishes. Panhandle didn’t excellent job with the rental arrangements, very efficient communication. Everything about this experience was a 100 and I will be back here again soon!

You can’t ask for much more in a vacation rental. Everything in this home was well thought out from the large screened in porch to the bedrooms and common areas. We comfortably fit 2 families in this space with plenty of room for more. The property is at the back of the community (which was nice and quiet) and only a few homes away from the community pool. Don’t be fooled with only a few reviews of this property. It is everything and more you would hope to have in your vacation property. We would definitely stay here again.
