This condo is perfect for families with small children. The splash pad area is perfect for after spending time after playing on the beach to escape the sun. The condo was clean, but you must remember this is a family condo. The furniture has stains & the walls have scuffs, so if that bothers you, I would choose a different condo. I definitely would recommend panhandle getaways though. They are very kind & have many listings.

We enjoyed our stay. My recommendation is adding more elevators. One day only one elevator of the two was in working order. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Condo and all facilities were clean and well maintained
