We loved this house! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough space - loved the big family room and kitchen plus the porch and bathrooms for every room! Perfect location close to everything and maintenance was incredibly responsive when we reached out with one small issue. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Loved, loved, loved.

This is a really special property. The location is stunning - on the most beautiful side of Balboa Island, with picturesque views of the harbor. The large round table in the front of the house might be the most perfect spot on the island! But the house itself is amazing too. It comfortably accommodated our group of 12 for Thanksgiving, with everything we needed to cook and enjoy a memorable meal together, plus enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. We’d love to return someday.

We LOVED our stay here. The house was even better than the photos and with 3 families staying together we all had plenty of space and felt right at home. The kids loved the bunk room too! We had the best time being right on the water, being able to walk around the island and easily see the kids playing on the sand. We watched the sunrises with coffee and sunsets with dinner and it was the perfect way to spend my 40th birthday. So thankful to the rental team being so friendly and kind and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay! The place had all the amenities we needed and was super comfortable for our group. The location was perfect—walking distance to everything we wanted to do, which made getting around really easy. We’d definitely stay here again

My girlfriends and I spent a wonderful weekend in Balboa at this stunning property. In addition to the unbelievable waterfront views, the home is immaculate and so beautifully decorated that it looks straight out of a movie. To our pleasant surprise, the home is also much larger than we anticipated -- everyone had plenty of room to congregate or spread out without feeling cramped. To that end, the home is very well appointed and came with everything we needed (if you enjoy cooking, you will love the kitchen appliances!). The check-in process was smooth and seamless; Julie, the property manager, was wonderful and so friendly -- we had such a great time meeting her! Overall, we have nothing but good things to say about this property and were sad to leave. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here and will most definitely be back!
