This was a great and convenient base from which to enjoy Pacific City. (To get the shower to work pull down on the knob below the bathtub faucet - it did take us a while to figure that out!)

Our stay was great. The house was very sweet, very clean, well equipped kitchen and a great location. Very short walk to the beach and town. It was so nice to have bikes to use and beach toys for my granddaughter.

The property was great for a family - good amount of space, kitchen and dining for eating a few meals in, and nice bedroom set up for a family. It was just a short walk on a trail lead to the beach, so no road crossing and the kids could navigate ...

Clean, new carpets, comfortable master bed, close to amenities. The fireplace and outside grill switches did not work though. Overall, easy and amazing stay. Thank you.
